In the 2023 DSE examination, approximately 50,823 candidates took the test, a slight increase from the number in 2022.
In the 2023 DSE examination, approximately 50,823 candidates took the test, a slight increase from the 2022 figure. Among them, about 17,738 day-school candidates achieved the minimum admission requirement of "3322+2," accounting for 42.1% of all day-school candidates. Overall, the competition ratio was roughly 1.8 applicants per subsidized bachelor’s degree place.
