In the JUPAS re-selection phase following the release of DSE results, Lingnan University’s Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) – Health and Social Services Management program emerged as the most competitive discipline, with an average of 51 applicants vying for each available spot. Moreover, several dual-degree programs at the Hong Kong Institute of Education, such as the Sports Science and Coaching/Sports Education program, also recorded exceptionally high competition rates (around 36 applicants per place), underscoring the continued popularity of health- and education-related fields.
